The bathroom: awful The kitchen:poor condition One of the bedlinen with patches Lower back pain, discomfort because of bed.

We are very pleased with this apartment. Great location (many supermarkets nearby), 5 minutes to the city center, quite neighborhood. The apartment clean and cozy. The kitchen has a lot of different spices, oils and other cooking utensils. Special thanks for the coffee machine and the capsules for it. For this price highly recommend!

Add more paper towels or ordinary one to the kitchen. Add hooks for the shower towels in the bathroom.

Additional curtains the bed room with the larger bed would have been nice.

Location was fantastic! Minutes from downtown. Beds were comfortable and apartment was very bright.

At times, heard upstairs neighbors moving around and their loud music.

Excellent, central location in a super-cozy neighborhood. The apartment was perfect for two, clean and plenty of bedding. Instructions and troubleshooting (ie infusion stovetop) were clear. Effective communication with owners. Highly recommended.

Great location and you can experience the local feel. All facilities were easy to se and highly recommend the place.

The location was great as it was a short walk to the Brygge area and to all the departure points for the cruises and other sightseeing activities. The room was comfortable, bathroom came with amenities and kitchen had basic utensils. The access was electronic, which was easy to access - room and main door.

1. Dragging bags across the cobblestoned pathway is difficult because there are no footpaths on the road (only on main roads). 2. We arrived early and the room was cleaned (not very well though) with only the dishwasher still running, The staff allowed us to enter and keep our bags in the room but not checkin even though no work was done in it till we returned at 3:30 pm to check in. This was quite upsetting. 3. No toilet rolls were provided initially which was very surprising. Although the staff responded promptly, they could only provide the toilet rolls the next morning. 4. The kitchen did not have any cutting board and one was provided after two days from another room as shops were closed due to long holiday weekend. 5. The apartment was small for four adults with little to no place to open luggage.
