Zentrale Lage Nähe Innenstadt, ruhig und mit Parkplatz

Badezimmer sehr eng, Silikon in Dusche stümperhaft, Fußboden im Wohnbereich wölbt sich etwas, müsste erneuert werden.

Location to waterfront and grocery store was amazing ( 5 min walk to Pingo grocery). It was also nice to have garage parking, although it was tight and a small car is a must in prefer to use it. The property management company was very responsive and addressed an issue we had immediately. No issue with hot water and lives having washing machine in unit. ( we used it twice in 2 weeks)

Pictures and reviews say it all. The apartment is small and bathroom is as well. A bigger person will have a difficult time using toilet and shower. Also, shower floor was a bit slippery. Would suggest some anti slip options be added. There are zero hooks in the unit to hang towels although there is a small towel rack ( insufficient really for hanging two wet towels after showers). The bed was a North American double size. Also, not a big deal for us but unit is on 3rd floor and there is no elevator so be aware. Although there was parking, if all four spots are occupied, it would be tricky to manoeuvre. There is a washer but no dryer although a drying rack is provided.

It is located right in the city centre, within walking distance of major attractions in Funchal. The apartment is compact but cosy, perfect for 2 people. It is on a quiet road so very peaceful. The parking space was a bonus. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom is very small but not really a problem. We would definitely stay again.

It's on a third floor with no lift, we got used to walking up and down the stairs but it might prove difficult for less able people or if you have heavy luggage.

Tolle, ruhige und doch zentrale Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit. Die Ausstattung wie auf den Fotos und das Bett war bequem und die Kommunikation super unkompliziert. Die Waschmaschine ist auch praktisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Bagno troppo piccolo.

The location is fantastic—it's just a short walk to all the attractions like the Old Town, the marina and various other sights around the city. A major bonus was the availability of a garage, which is important to have given the lack of parking in Funchal. The owners were incredibly nice and helpful!

The lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable for us, even with a fan (which we requested and was provided for us) and we had to leave the windows open for ventilation and this led to a big cockroach getting in during the night, which was disturbing. Some window nets would help. Additionally, the apartment has no lift, so we had to climb three flights of stairs. The bathroom was also super small.

Pas de volets. Pas de climatisation. Pas de rangements. Un vis à vis plongeant avec l’immeuble d’un face. Très petite salle de bain et les joints de la douche moisis. Rapport qualité pris très moyen.
