Funchal Central Loft by Homie

The location was great. The apartment was small but cozy and had everything you needed for a great price.

The check-in process was a bit annoying. We had to coordinate to get the keys and we were on the other side of the island enjoying a nice day and we had to change our plans a bit to get the keys in a time that was convenient for the people who had the keys. It was fine in the end, and the guy who gave us the keys and showed us the apartment was super nice. But in a place where you can be hiking all day in the mountain, this check-in system is rather inconvenient.

Property was in perfection location, close to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants. Kitchen is well equipped to cook and make coffee in the mornings. They made sure ours needs were accommodated (early check in, change of towels). In general very pleasant stay.

The bathroom was really tiny, but it had all the amenities needed.

This flat was perfect for a little break in Madeira for a couple. The location was right in downtown Funchal, meaning a short walk to everything, so many restaurants and cafes. The flat was modern and well decorated. The kitchen was small but particularly well equipped. The parking was so convenient for our hire car. The hosts were very communicative, and left us very generous welcome gifts

The pipes in the bathroom & kitchen could be a little smelly, but we just made sure the doors were kept shut
