We were offered an alternative room which was a tiny studio. We stayed 1 night instead of our booked and paid for 3 nights

There was misunderstanding it wasn't clear to me that the room didn't have its own bathroom and that the shared bathroom was infact upstairs or that the kitchen was shared. In the photos at time of booking it showed kitchen and bathroom but didn't state clearly that these were shared. The studio room we were offered was tiny and not suitable for a relaxing break.

Bus Station is close, calm area, friendly host.

The toilet was very dirty and I had to clean it everytime I needed to use it.yes it is a shared one thus why it should be cleaned everyday and maybe share some guidelines with the guests about keeping it clean. During my stay, we ran out of water completely so no shower, no water to wash our hands or flush the toilet...

The room is very nice with natural ventilation and sunlight. The bathroom and kitchen are very neat and tidy. The kitchen is completely equipped with all the crockery and utensils. The owner has also kept milk, cereals, some spices, tea, coffee and sauces for guests to use. The room has all the necessary appliances like a hair dryer, iron, clothes drying stand, iron board, portable fan, etc. The host is very friendly and kind.
