The bedroom and bathroom was clean and included towels and tissues.

While there were only a few bottle neck situations having only one bathroom for five guest rooms (potentially 10 adults) is potentially really stretching it. It would have been nice if there would have been an additional toilet available downstairs.

Comfortable bed. Clean bedding. The owner delivered a fan when I requested one as the room was very warm due to the weather. Very light. Inexpensive

Shared bathroom had some mould around the shower. Kitchen smelled of mildew. Kettle, Tea and coffee in room but no mugs or milk. Patio chairs dirty
