We visit Blackpool a lot and we have stayed in a lot of hotels it is in a run down area but you shouldn't judge on the area this hotel is great value for money entrance loverly and clean going up stairs needs a little t. L. C get to the room and is pretty much spot on apart from some 1 left boxershorts and socks in draw but this can be easily missed when cleaned and TV remote dident seem to really work but really good size TV there is a phew negatives but we will definitely will be using this hotel again and again because the good points out way the negative and a gem of a cafe round corner thank you the ELK

Nice location nice place to stay

Floor was dirty with hairs and generally dusty I wrote my name in dust on window cill

Very cosy bed and a nice clean room. Small settee and a chair to sit in. Clean towels when required. Location was amazing and there was even lights in the street as well.

The only thing was the shower. It was clean, hot but the pressure wasn't the best. It worked as should be though.

Location was perfect, good WiFi

Mould and damp on the walls, ceiling, damp all in the bathroom, freezing room with only a tiny poor radiator, windows felt like they were going to blow through! Bathroom “ door” was extremely noisy and stiff! Really struggled getting in and out of the actual room! Lock was almost impossible, handle felt ready to fall off. Overall wouldn’t stay again

Kids loved the bunks,very clean,very helpful,extra in the rooms for the kids cookies and harbour and water. Extra available iron board, decent iron. Hair dryer,straighteners. Towels and loo rolls to collect as needed. Dustpan brush for all the sand lol. Kids sick early morning before we left, clean all as best we could stripped bed left all sicky stuff in shower. Left a message and all seemed to be fine. Fabulous all around. 100% recommend.

Spacious clean and super comfy bed , mattress was great and like the little touches like biscuit

The lights on the picture round the bed weren't there which is why I liked the room on the picture before booking
