Perfect location, so clean and comfortable

Room was lovely and clean, the bed was really comfortable. Owners very nice and accommadating. This room was quite modernised too. I would also say the room was a decent biggish size.

Great family room for 4. Beds were very comfortable.

Bed like clouds, most comfortable bed i have been in. Accommodated for us to stay an extra night at the last minute. The fan light is too bright. Have to turn light of and on a few times to get a dimmer light setting. Think that type of light isnt required.

Great location, value for money for what we needed.

Had to await entrance on arrival resulting in us having to call owner to let us in. Very uncomfortable nights sleep. Mattresses were very hard and only one pillow per person, had to fold over. Double bed sheet had hairs all over it, and had a draft coming up from the wall. Very strong smell of new silicone in the bathroom, no shower mat so floor was soaked and had to use a towel when showering. TV didn’t work.

Loved our room was the right size, and the decor and bedding cushions were fantastic. I loved the led light as well. Very clean bathroom was spacious. Will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Blackpool it's in the right location. Love the owner he is so friendly and also the fact there is a firestick in the bedroom is even better oh and decent WiFi thank you can't wait to book again ( preferably in the same room on the 1st floor) xxx
