Person who owned it was lovely. Nice touch with bottled water, biscuits and some sweets left. Brilliant location

For a family room it did feel very cramped

Close to central Blackpool lots of restaurants and bars

No bath mat, damp on ceiling, couldn’t open a window so room felt closophopic , bathroom door needed to be more solid not a Louvre as you can appreciate if there’s a stench it comes into the bedroom shower was good but not clean mould everywhere

The location was perfect

The room was smaller than I expected but still adequate.

The room was lovely and clean and had everything you needed. Great location

Lovely hotel beds were so comfortable and quiet area

Only thing missing was hooks to hang up jackets, bags and towels etc but other than that it was great

We stayed for one night after Stockport spanked Blackpool 3-0. Darren, the owner, was very welcoming, the room was brilliant and the price was great

Really nice property which met all our requirements. Darren was really welcoming and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

Some small improvements needed to the rooms but nothing major and didn’t affect our stay in any way.
