GBAll the staff were very friendly, we had a comfortable night stay and even got a room upgrade. Sudhir found my kindle after leaving, messaged us and we managed to get it before leaving Agra which was very kind!
A few things weren’t available on the menu but we enjoyed dinner still.

Service is unfortunately not that good, asking where could I find an ATM, not knowing the answer isn't a problem, but not even caring to find the information... Breakfast closes at 10.30am which is pretty late, good, but reception calling at 8.45am and again 9.45am to ask when you'll have breakfast isn't pleasant. Let them know on their arrival as you do, but please don't call.

They could provided basic facilities such as hair dryer, brushing kit, inside slippers etc. There was no stand for baggage. The staffs tried to pursuade to give us room of lower quality. Overall cleanliness was extremely poor. Staffs were loud and were shouting while cleaning the rooms. And the worst part was their toilets in lobby room

Not the most warming welcome and no hot water in the shower.
USNew hotel. Good location and excellent service. Good for foreigners not backpackers. I highly recommend it.
All was great, only a a new hotel they may be working on the hot water in the shower, but they provided the hot water in buckets, like normal Indian culture, not a bad thing at all.
