Not much,

No security, gate does not lock, Garden at the back is dirty, Doors making squicky sound and spiders everywhere. When power is off, there is no back up generator or solar panels installed.

"Our overall experience was satisfactory, great price for both units for 5 days."

All amenities were close by, easily accessible and friendly owner. Also loved that we could park our cars in a garage that was closed at night, gave us peace of mind.

One of the rooms had a bit of a funny smell, but it cleared by the second day.
