The Hart House

The location of the house is close to many attractions in the area. It's also very homey, we felt comfortable and we had privacy.

No shower cap in the bathroom.

Staff shouldn't just leave you like that,needs to go through the house perhaps an induction.maybe leave you after you are covered and made sure everything is fine, during my stay I encountered difficulties in connecting to the WiFi through the TV due to not knowing the password

Staff should make sure you're okay, before they leave.

We had a really lovely stay in Hartbeespoort. The place was big, comfortable, and perfectly located literally in the middle of everything. All the activities and shops were within a 5–10 minute drive, which made the trip so convenient. We even felt safe enough to take a walk down the road, and we enjoyed a braai outside as well. The accommodation itself was clean, modern, and had all the basics we needed cups, cutlery, a microwave, and a very comfy bed. The bathroom was spotless and the overall design of the space was really beautiful. It was a lovely and comfortable experience, with an excellent location and great service. We had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay.

There were a few small issues, like the toilet paper holder being loose, the mirror not being fully secured, and the microwave being placed a bit high. The unit also doesn’t have a stove if you’re planning to cook. But I really appreciated that when I contacted the owner, Penny, she assisted immediately. She was polite, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay.

It was clean and homely

I paid for 2 units but I was offered only 1 unit 😞

What I didn't like is that kitchen stuff short and the were not enough toilet paper and no hand-wash and air fresher
