Idyllic Log Cabin Near Stratford upon Avon

Beautiful view and location. Log burner was a lovely feature, the whole place was very homely and comfortable. Managed to catch a stunning sunset from the sofa😊

Could have been cleaner in some areas. But generally a good standard.

We thought the property was good value for money. There was plenty of room with a nice size garden and a picturesque view.of the countryside.

Damp smell in the spare bedroom, dark and dim lighting throughout. Facilities were poor....the kitchen cold tap was leaking, freezer was caked in ice, only one hob on the cooker worked and the lock was stiff and needed playing around with. Very impersonal no welcome/meet and greet at all, in fact we didn't see a soul for the four days we stayed there although the hosts lived less than fifty yards away. Very tight parking, entering and leaving the property on a gravel path.

Location was perfect, just as rural as I wanted it to be but not difficult to get to at all. The lodge has such a lovely and cosy atmosphere and the heaters had been put on before I arrived so it felt very warm and welcoming. It was absolutely wonderful to have access to the wood fire. I came to stay at the lodge because I had had an extremely busy period of work and needed a little retreat space to relax and recuperate. My four nights here were exactly what I needed!

Nothing, it was exactly what I wanted and what I expected.

The cabin was indeed idyllic. Hone from home. Convenient for Warwick castle, definitely worth a visit but book online to save some money. Was made even more special with a sprinkling of snow. Would definitely stay here again.

Obviously cold in January we needed to purchase extra logs but that was entirely our choice. If you are staying over the cold months be aware the fire needs a lot of logs ! But well worth it when it's lit.

The cabin is so cosy and gorgeous, rustic but modern with all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay. Its just a few minutes drive from the the Park and Ride and there's a fabulous garden centre across the road for food and shopping. There is no better feeling than being curled up on the sofa with the log burner going! James was fantastic with his communication. Will definitely stay again.

Didn't bother us at all but you can occasionally hear the noise from the road. Also a sign to help find the cabin would be helpful as we drove around in circles a few times looking for the entry point.

Beautiful lodge, decor really nice. Lovely wood burner. Excellent value for money. She dogs aren’t allowed or would go multiple times a year !
