I wouldnt really say there was anything I didnt like but if there was a slight negative it was the gaps in the curtains in the living room they didnt quite meet up but that certainly wouldn't put me off going there again

Nice location , nice area to visit

Cooking fertility was atrocious . Hot plate didn't get hot . Took over an hour to cook spaghetti oven was out of the ark hard to cook anything on it towels stud up on there own need a bit of condition to soften them up . No welcome pack for information . Log fire was full of ash . Had to be cleaned before use. Now, where to empty bin, this could be put in a welcome pack . Did you have any contact apart for a phone call i made with the owner? It would have been nice if they showed their face at some point just to say hello

Nice and clean and roomy. Beautiful gardens and love the private access. The host was very amenable answering queries before our stay. It's convenient for Warwick (Warwick Castle) or Stratford upon Avon. There is WiFi which is handy. Comfortable sofas and nice to awaken to the dawn chorus and watch squirrels at play. Lodge was closer to road than I anticipated but road wasn't noisy through the night and we weren't there for long in daytime. Nice garden centre over the road which has lovely cafe diner and lots of goodies for sale. Well worth a visit especially if you want some local produce.

Personally, I found the mattress very hard however, I do suffer with chronic back pain. I couldn't get the hob to work despite switching on all plugs and twiddling the knobs. No booklet to say how to use the tabletop grill/oven so had to rely on microwave only.

Lovely little place very relaxing, helped us to relax away fr the kids and everyday busy life, loved it will definitely consider if coming to Stratford again my only downside was mattress wasn’t a little to firm it gave me backache but I do have a bad back so can’t be helped I guess when staying away from home.

Location ideal for us between Stratford and Warwick. Very homely, excellent shower, cosy and felt very private. Lots of parking room, everything we needed. Across the road is a garden centre with lovely frozen dishes that can be microwaved or put in the oven. We also ate out and used the facilities to make picnics.
