There were too much rules in the property. I have stayed many places across the UK, but this property was something loaded with too many rules and charges. It was not welcoming and also the heating never worked, all of us fell sick

The shower not working very well, low pressure.
GBThere was parking (although we were left notes on our window screens about allegedly parking in someone else’s spot) and the host was very helpful and accommodating.
The cleanliness and state of the property were not to my standards. There were holes in the walls, broken furniture, hairs in the bathroom and I couldn’t see a fire alarm which I’m sure makes this non-compliant with fire safety. There was also an unacceptable amount of mould on the bathroom ceiling. It’s a shame that there has been consistent feedback around these items and no efforts have been made to resolve.
INHeaters not working No one clean the property all the previous bins cups and all the towels are here and there I contacted the agent he said I can’t do anything now
