Two bed spacious apartment, central location, free parking and Wifi

Nothing, the central heating didn’t work, the TV didn’t work. The list goes on and on.

I will continue from above, the proprietor had to be nudged several times by myself and Booking.com to confirm about Access to get into the flat. Then when arrived the location of the security lock wasn’t obvious I think he expected us to be mind readers. It was inside the electric cabinet that holds the Meter outside. We eventually got in the Carpets were filthy. The beds were made from the previous people who stayed there. I have never in Simply two years of my life stayed in such a pigsty and if it wasn’t for my health wasn’t good and the time of night we would have gone somewhere else. we made a phone call and a gentleman come to the door pretending he was just a friend and he didn’t speak much English I knew straight away that was a lie. It was the landlord our owner and he promised us a cleaning lady would come there for 7 pm she showed up at 8 pm and changed the bedding. She was very pleasant and it obviously wasn’t her fault. There’s no plates or bowls, so you could have your cereals in in the morning shocking and disgusting. I very rarely write reviews and I always try and give people the benefit of doubt, but this was just taken advantage.

Dirty and bedding still wet in dryer so had to put on a cycle and and wait until dry before we could go to bed

- Mouldy bathroom ceiling - Stained carpets - Unclean crockery - Dust on surfaces - Shelves falling off wall - Stained sofa - Every room had locks on the outside of the doors - Was difficult to get hold of the owner to get the check in details and when he sent them he just sent the key safe code with no info on where the key safe was. Do NOT be fooled by the photos, you will be disappointed.

Arrived late and was greeted with heating already been put on. Fresh water in fridge. Perfect after travelling for hours.

Dont book it guys. I booked it and i drove for like 4hrs and I arrived around 11:40pm and it was a self check in and i had no instructions to get in to the property. The owner was not answering. We had to book another property again and paid extra too

The property was in a sketchy flat, nosy neighbourhood, the owner asked to facetime us before entering the property which I found very off and odd, we felt uncomfortable. We felt unsafe as they had locks on both sides of every room in the flat and some of them were bent.

The apartment was not very clean, and basic cleaning supplies such as tissue and soap were not provided. The kitchen was missing some essential items. Check-in instructions were unclear, and we had to call several times to reach the right person for the locker code.
