The level of guest care was exceptional with the staff and management going out of their way to help us. The food was also wonderful - very Japanese, and sometimes we were not even sure what we were eating, but it was all fantastic
Excellent Fusion of Japanese Ryokan and Western style hotel. I live in Japan and stayed in Many Ryokan, but this was my favourite ever stay. An immense, high quality Kaiseki Ryouri ( Japanese ) dinner and breakfast, Large rooms with comfortable beds and easy access to private outdoor Onsen (baths). I never bother with reviews, but this is the exception as it was outstanding.
The people running the hotel are fantastic. Made us really welcome, provided a truly Japanese experience of food and fabulous setting in the woods.

최고 입니다. 직원분들 너무 친절하시고 영어도 아주 능통 하십니다. 조식은 안먹어봐서 모르겠는데 저녁은 코스요리로 에피타이져부터 메인 디저트 까지 5~6가지 특색있는 음식을 조금식 맛볼 수 있는데 정말 최고 였습니다.

주변에 숲이 많아 전경이 매우 좋은편이지만 날벌레가 들어올 수 있습니다. 프라이빗 노천탕의 크기나 시설도 좋습니다. 올해부터 가이세키 요리가 프랑스식에서 일본식으로 바뀌었다고 합니다.
和室が苦手な人に温泉地なのに、一流の洋室に泊まれるは、最高です。すべてにおいてすばらしいですが敢えて言えば、スタッフの方のサービスが、本当にホスピタリティにあふれています。館内を丁寧に案内いただき、行き届いた心配りを感じることができます。また、泊まりたいです。
