酒店職員非常親切好客，雖然酒店看上去有點舊，但環境清潔、溫馨，酒店早餐很精緻美味。如果是自駕遊會方便一些。
洋風の建物でとてもおしゃれ。 家族風呂も空いてれば入れますし、男女別の露天風呂も広々して和の雰囲気でいいですよ。

女性に優しいホテルだと思います。 サービスが行き届いている、の一言につきます。 どのスタッフさんも素晴らしいです。 夕食、朝食ともに美味しく、内容も充実していました。 （妻が普段朝食をあまり食べないため、朝食を残してしまい申し訳なかったです） 5月中旬以降にシェフが変わり新しい料理メニューになるそうなので楽しみですね。 唯一、内湯がやや小さいのが残念だったかな、と思います。 あいにくの悪天候でしたが、窓からの景色に癒されゆっくり 過ごすことができました。 どうもありがとうございました。

Simply gonna re-visit Japan to stay this hotel more than just a night. It was that good. pros: -pick up available -location is actually good because they do pick up(call them when you arrived at the Yufuin station. This pick up is a round trip which means you don’t spend your money on taxis unless you go out somewhere during your stay. but time specific.) -it is located in the beautiful nature of Yufuin -one of their staffs is very fluent in English and all of them are so welcoming. -the breakfast will be the best you’ve ever had -relatively cheap. totally worth your money -rooms are beautiful, big, and clean. Everything is prepared. -onsen is nice, clean, and Japanese style. Most importantly, you can choose private onsen. cons: there is no cons. my gf really loved this hotel too 😆
정말 좋았습니다. 가기 전 온천 수질에 대해 리뷰가 없어 걱정했지만 수질, 수압 훌륭했으며 개인 탕이 좋아 대욕탕은 이용하지 않았습니다. 객실 내에 침구 모두 편안했으며 제공하는 유카타는 타 료칸에 비해 벚꽃에 잘어울리는 유카타였습니다. 스탭 모두가 친절하시며 역으로 데려다주시는 길에 꽃이 예쁘게 펴있어 사진을 찍는데까지 차를 멈춰주시며 기다려주시는 센스에 감동하였습니다. 같이가신 엄마는 로비에 쇼파를 엄청맘에 들어하셨고 ㅋㅋ 개인탕 또한 ㅠ 너무 완벽했습니다.. 아침에 테라스에서 햇살을 맞으며 듣는 새가 지저귀는 소리는 동화속에 들어간 듯한 느낌을 주었습니다. 조식은 심플했지만 정갈했고 아침에 먹기 좋았습니다. 재방문의사 있습니다. 친절하신 스탭분들 께 다시한번 감사드립니다. 우리 모녀에게 좋은 추억을 주셨습니다.
호텔이 너무 예쁘고 직원분들도 너무 친절하세요. 비행기 시간이 일찍이라 픽업으로 가기가 좀 그랬는데 10분일찍 역에 대려다 줘서 시간 여유있이 올 수 있었어요 조식은 만족하는데 석식은 엄마 입맛에는 좀 ....... ㅎ 암튼 편하고 조용히 쉬었다 왔어요.
