GBOur stay at The Pump House was perfect. The property was very clean, quiet and peaceful with its own private garden with comfortable patio furniture. It was also beautifully decorated throughout, the bed was very comfy, the shower was nice and powerful, the kitchen was well equipped and the living room was cosy with smart tv and plenty of seating. To be able to have the patio doors open and listen to the birds in the hot sun was quite relaxing. Kate, the owner, who was very nice and helpful had also left a welcome pack of bread, jam, butter, milk and eggs. Very thoughtful and much appreciated. Plenty of walks from the doorstep, such a beautiful area. Will definitely be going back.

GBWe stayed at this gorgeous little cottage in the Norfolk countryside for two nights while attending a wedding at The Reading Room. It had everything we needed and Kate’s attention to detail was brilliant. She was so accommodating about us bringing our own bedding due to allergies, which we really appreciated. The welcome pack was such a thoughtful touch too. Our only regret was not staying longer, two nights just wasn’t enough. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area.
GBApproaching the house along a winding driveway, bordered by shrubs, you get the feeling this is special. We were not disappointed. Entering the house you are aware of lots of thoughtful details, such as fresh flowers and a nice welcome pack. The house is exceptionally clean and very comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Outside seating in a peaceful garden complete a wonderful stay. The host, Kate, is welcoming and friendly but not intrusive. We higher recommend a stay here.
