Full bed studio near Temple and Center city Philadelphia

Well located

It’s a garage made a spot. It is not well kept, the bed has bugs. I advised her to get rid of the bed but didn’t listen. Not recommended.

Close to Temple U. The owner is a good person.

It was dirty, the bed had bugs and bit me all over the place. Sadly, I do not recommend this place.

Assigned parking at the door was a plus. Adequate appliances and supplies for short term stay.

Toilet too low. If you're older or have bad knees (I am both) it's a struggle to use. Garbage receptacle at door.

Really nice apartment, you can easily walk to the center of the city.

Quiet , nice neighbourhood. Theres two grocery stores really close by. We saw buses going down the street, but we mainly used Uber or walking. Perfect place to stay If you want to have calm stay but still be close to city centre. Both the bed and the futon were very comfortable. There were towels , extra duvet/blankets. We didn't used the kitchen but there was a stove /oven and a lot of pans and cutlery, pretty spacious fridge with a mini freezer and also a lot of difrent variety of kitchen appliances (kettle, coffee maker, toast machine,microwave etc) Good tv, very good WiFi. The shower was specious and comfortable. It was very cosy for us, and I loved the door handles of the kitchen furniture! Any questions that we had were answered in a short time. Good communication with the owner.
