Full bed studio near Temple and Center city Philadelphia

Getting the bus to the center was relatively easy if you find the right app. Bus number was given by host in a standard mail.

It is not a full bed studio. It is a garage which has been converted into a small room with no daylight at all. There is a window, but it is blocked by the air condition. The bed is not a full doublebed. My husband had to sleep on the old sofa. there are too many kitchen appliances in the small room that is not needed, but a normal palette knife or a big spoon for stirring in a pot was missing. The table for two could only be used by one as there simply was not room enough for it. The bathroom made the room smell moldy. In the evening people gathered outside the garage with their vehicles engines turned on creating a lot of noise. We had booked 5 nights, but stayed only for 2. We are often doing road trips, but this room was not livable.

L'appartamento è molto comodo con divano, smart tv con netflix e prime e tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. L'host è molto disponibile ( la doccia era rotta ed è stata riparata in poche ore) anche con informazioni su Philadelphia. La posizione è ottima, vicinissimo alle fermate del bus 33 per andare in centro. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo ma in alcuni punti molto sporco ( questo però è un problema politico di pulizia urbana).

La pulizia era nel complesso accettabile ma non accurata. I mobili sono funzionali ma un po vecchi.

The owner was lovely.

This is a converted garage. The entrance had full bins outside. The lock wasn’t secured very well. The bed was hard and the bedding had some stains, possibly ingrained. My adult son had to sleep on the sofa. There was no ac/heating to adjust and it was cold. The area was noisy with lots of vehicles moving at all hours. Such a shame as the host was very accommodating.

Location was perfect. Only 40 minutes walking to downtown. Supermarkets and gym around the corner. Very friendly neighbourhood. The internet worked but wasn't fast. The kitchen was fully equipped.

The apartment wasn't clean. I was itching after the first night. I told the owner and she sent a cleaner immediately but the apartment needs to thorough clean from top to bottom. My error of judgement to stay in a pet-friendly accommodation I guess too! The bathroom is connected to the kitchen of the other house (Airbnb). At times the noise can be disturbing. This wasn't clear at the time of booking.

The location was excellent,easy access to everywhere. Only half an hour to center city by bus. Very convenient. I look forward to return if this property is still available. Everything is awesome,very enjoy my trip while I stayed.
