"Felt like a scum"

When I arrived at the hotel, they told me that my room was not available and suggested another hotel that was subpar and much further away from the beach. I reserved this hotel because it was beachfront. So I cancelled my reservation and scrambled to find a new hotel to stay.

Basic

I get mad when I am deceived or taken for an idiot. The hotel advertised for a room with sea view and that’s why I booked a room with sea view… the photos of the room that I booked show full Seaview… I get there and I am offered a room with partial sea view… as there is a huge hotel blocking your view… very deceptive… if you offer and show full sea view in your room photos, why do you deceive the world and offer only partial sea views at most
