I had a booking confirmed with the hotel. I arrived and they informed me that they have no more rooms available for me. I was stranded in the middle of the road and had to search for another hotel. I was flying out the next day and I did not need this stress. They could have informed me earlier and I could have planned accordingly. I spent 2 hours finding another location. This was extremely unprofessional and unfair.
