Not much

Towels, bedsheets, pillow covers, bathroom everything was dirty and moldy. The exhaust fan in the bathroom made a loud noise all the time. Overall a very bad place to stay.

1. They are not considering online booking via booking.com, 2. They have given our booked rooms to local bodies. And they keep on saying "booking Id not showing" 3. They are always giving priority to money. 4. They don't have any eligibility to tie up with online booking portals.

Staff were excellent in attending to our needs.

They could have supplied two towels instead of one. They could have kept new bucket and new mug to attract the customer again.

The check-in experience was excellent, the staff was polite and efficient. The hotel's location was perfect, close to all major attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms was remarkable, they were spotless. Overall, a fantastic experience, deserving of all.
