"A major inconvenience"

There was food left in cupboard and fridge.

There was no heat or hot water on our arrival. We contacted owner after following written instructions. We could not get heat to work finally the following day someone came to look and found the system wasn’t working and fixed it. It caused us to lose a day of sightseeing. The partner of owner came again with a repair person. There was 1/2 a roll of toilet paper available. We asked for some sort of monetary compensation but the owner didn’t respond after two requests. I will stay in a hotel next time.

The house was lovely and close to the city center. The host was super helpful. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed eating breakfast in the tearoom.
