The property itself was clean and secure, in a good location.

The water in the bathroom would only run warm for a couple minutes a day meaning both my partner and I couldn’t both shower in a morning. Despite there being a TV in the room, this was not set up correctly and very dirty. The management was in our room everyday of our stay (no privacy) and only started providing times when they were visiting once they had walked in on me! I understand works need to be done, but cleaning should have been done before we arrived. I accidentally left a hair tool there and the management staff have been very awkward about me trying to get it back despite me still being in Lisbon! Left a sour taste after a nice trip.

Sewage smell in the room, without AC you can't stay, it was very strong but without smell it would be nice place

Fabulous location a very short walk to the metro, train, tram and bus. Restaurants, bars, shops all around and close to the waterfront. Very safe and secure building. The rooftop restaurant and bar is exceptional! Very helpful operators that are only a message or phone call away to help with the apartment. Definitely recommend and would stay again if in Lisbon
