"A good stay let down by poor sanitation."

The room was large, beds were comfortable, shower facilities were good. Also the apartment location was very good for shopping and eating.

The toilet was faulty and did not flush. We reported the issue but it was not fixed. This was an unacceptable issue of bad hygiene and it continued for our entire stay of 3 days. We had to flush the toilet by manually pouring water into the bowl.

"Location was the only good thing tbh"

Good location. Right next to the timeout market. Many restaurants and cafes around. The kitchen is well equipped too.

Hot water ran out everyday. Not even enough for 2 people to shower once a day. I read same comments on the review(after I checked out) so the host must know this happens but when I messaged the host during my stay, all I got was “is everything okay?” So I gave up eventually. Only one bath towel was provided for 4nights stay.

"Great location, plenty of room and everything we needed for our stay."

The pre check in instructions. Asking through the portal and by WhatsApp that SEF required all passport details prior to sending check in details needs to be addressed. Firstly as a Portugal resident i do not routinely travel with my passport. Also SEF have not been in existence for over a year in Portugal. These messages just looked like scam messages and were treated as such. If information is to be sent again please be up to date and accurate.
