8 Building Apartments

The location is definitely the best of the best about this apartment. Close to Timeout market, near small park, 5 min to the metro and to the walkable area near the bay. 10 min walking to the center. There are groceries and restaurants, many restaurants, cafes, gift shops. Right near the building there is also an underground parking with reasonable prices as for the center. On the roof top of the building there is a nice restaurant with cool view. Besides that apartment has everything that you might need ( except toilet paper, or at least it was absent in our case :) ). Apartment windows look inside inner courtyard: you don’t have a view, but as a benefit you get a quite night. And the stuff is nice and responsive.

It might be occasional but for us Wi-Fi was very unstable. The connection disappeared around 3pm and sometime was absent till morning. So be sure to have a plan B (mobile internet) and C (cafe with internet or coworking near) if you need to be online. The staff was responsive and tried to fix the problem.

Not very clean. TV not in good place. No microwave oven.

on arrival, several maintenance interventions appeared indispensable; urgent in some cases (plumbery, electricity). this was obviously needed and could have been done after the previous tenant left.

The entire accommodation was great. Very much modern architecture and furniture. The only down side that we can comment on is the location of the TV. It was hanged on the side wall therefore was quite hard to watch.

The only issue that we had was to collect the keys for the property. We had to wait almost an hour to the person to arrive however in their favor we have asked for a earlier check-in in which they gladly granted to us.
