BGPerfect stay : great location, clause to the train station, very comfortable bed, clean, nice and brand new! Extremely good value for money!

- у помешкання немає доступу до свіжого повітря, вікно є, але воно виходить на технічне приміщення де жахливий запах - кондиціонер працює назвичайно голосно, спати при цьому складно - на території кухні знаходиться відеокамера, і власник слідкує уважно ( це є в описі помешкання) - на території кухні діють правила, які власник оголошує в перший день - на 5 день пропала гаряча вода, і був запах газу ( власник вирішив цю проблему)

PLThe location’s neighbourhood is super safe and quiet. A lot of proper cafes and restaurants nearby, big supermarket is 5mins walk. We arrived at the Palermo Centrale and took a quick bus and a 8mins walk from the bus stop to the apartment. Massimo theatre is about 15-20 mins walk from the apartment, but most of the times we took a Lime e-scooter to get to the centre/home so it was not a problem. The apartment is clean and nice, the bed and the pillows were extra comfortable and we had the best sleep there. We had our own fridge in the room to store the food. Also you can use the shared kitchen for making tea/coffee, cooking and dining. The kitchen is only for 2 apartments. There was a hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, the iron and ironing desk for our needs. The host is friendly and helpful, replied fast to all our questions and provided extra stuff that we needed. Also we requested a later check-out and got an approval 👏
The view is to the inner empty space of the building on the first floor. The air conditioner might be a bit noisy in the night.
