20 minute walk to most attractions which was good and apartment was spacious and clean inside.

First you can’t check in till 3 even though the apartment was ready by 1.30 we were left sitting outside till 3pm until we received code for door. Told no check in before 3. Second this is not an apartment for 3 people only 2, 3 of us arrived to 1 double bed which was fine and a chair with a cushion in front of it so you had to sleep half on a hard chair half on a soft cushion on the floor ( the chair is the grey one in the picture of the apartment). Totally not acceptable. Third check out is 10am so your really losing a day from not being able to check in till 3? and a note to say the courtyard is an overgrown jungle with broken tiles everywhere and front gate is not secure it was open everytime we came back to get in.

It was cold inside

The apartment is spacious and quiet. There is a kettle, coffee machine (no pods), microwave, stove top and oven and a washing machine.

Very basic. Although there was a wardrobe in the room it was full of bed linen and a vacuum cleaner thus nowhere to pack your clothes. There is no shelf or cabinet in the bathroom or in the shower which is inconvenient. The drying rack for clothes is very small. There should be more than 2 toilet rolls for longer stays.

It was brand new apartment, fully renovated, it smelled like brand new. Perfect location, many ways to transfer and walk around.

There was no mat in entrance to wipe clean your feet, no adequate toiletries, no shampoo except for the hands, no place to leave your shampoo at the shower, we had to leave on the floor while bathing. It was clean enough/acceptable, but some details like the oven, the washing machine, and the floor around and behind the bed, and under the sheets were not up to high standards. But still acceptable and all this did not ruin the positive experience.

Once inside the flat it was great. The overall building and courtyard was quite tired in appearance.

Clean, new, big property and very quiet! Easy walking distance to everything.

The bed is small considering the size of the room and the mattress is more firm than soft so I got a really sore neck. I asked for two extra pillows as they only give you two (one per person) and they said “no”, which I found bizarre considering the price we are paying.
