The apartment had most things you'd need.

Sending the mandatory registration form on the day of check-in is poor form - not everyone has time (or wifi!) to fill out forms when they are moving from one place to another - inconsiderate. Building picture sent with check-in instructions shows the wrong side of the building - go to the rear! Washer/dryer has a separate dryer function, but it doesn't work. Asked host for assistance - never received a reply. They insist on whatsapp communication, but only for their purposes. Ran out of toilet paper, sent message - no response for almost 24 hours. Gas cooker doesn't have auto-ignition nor firestarter, just a cigarette lighter - dangerous. Paint peeling in the bathroom. Blind and curtain don't close in Room 3, so good luck sleeping after 4:30am. Outside neighbourhood is constantly and abnormally noisy. The location is not "great" - it's noisy - 10 minutes walk from either metro station or frequent tram - however there is a supermarket quite close. I complainted about the lack of communication - a simple apology would have avoided this public feedback and a lower rating.

В целом, по "цене - качеству" вполне соответствовало ожиданиям. Corvin - любимый, удобный район, кровать, несмотря на плохие отзывы других гостей, меня лично впоолне устроила, спал прекрасно. Не соишком мягкая, для принцесс не подойдет, а мне - нормально).

Процесс заселения, то есть сам факт заселения по кодам - вполне традиционный вариант, ничего плохого. Но вот то,что сообщение о необходимости регистрации паспортных данных и фото с паспортом приходит в самый последний момент, в день заселения , а НЕ РАНЬШЕ ( хотя бы на день) - очень неудобно. Ведь многие, как и я, путешествует без роуминга, и доступ к связи, к Booking.com получают только там, где есть wi-fi / B делать все в последний момент, искать кафе с wifi , неудобно. Переписка с хозяином ведь начинается со дня бронирования, и запросить данные паспорта можно заранее

J'ai été bloquée pendant 1h en pleine nuit devant la porte qui est en mauvais état. Le digicode fonctionne mais la il fallait tirer puis pousser treees fort la porte. Heureusement le propriétaire a fini par me répondre. Théière très sale qui mériterait d'être changée

La ubicación era buena. No es totalmente en el centro pero está muy conectado.

La cama era un poco incómoda
