Wonderful boutique residence, perfectly located just outside of Adamas Port.

Jacuzzi was dirty, door to the toilet doesn’t close properly, battery alert for the locking keyless digital entry to the room & the room was not ready on time (20min wait).

The location was great as we could walk most places. We loved having the pool as it was very hot when we were there. O’Hammos (popular resturant) is a 5 minute walk away which was very convenient for us. We definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. During our stay we hired an ATV and were able to park at the front of the accomodation which was great. Getting to and from the port was super easy we had someone pick us up and drop us off free of charge.

When we arrived the shower needed to be aired out as there was no ventilation and started to smell like mould. I opened the door and waited a while and it went away. When using the pool there is no privacy. It is a little strange people walking past. It would be worth the property having some more privacy to limit this from happening. We also found the door code very difficult to use and did get locked out for a short time. There is a particular way to use it and we realised you can’t use a normal door card. Would be much easier if this was an option. It would be great if the property included bath robes as I always look forward to this when I stay somewhere. We also noticed at night time you can hear the pool jets running which can be a slight annoyance when trying to sleep.

Nice exterior and interior, transfers available to get around the island were helpful and the driver was really lovely!

It was an okay stay - a few small things, getting from the port to the office was confusing (the office location on maps is incorrect), the aircon wasn’t really cooling down the room, hot water seemed to be limited to certain times of the day (we didn’t have hot water when we showered at 6am the day of departure), the safe wasn’t working, and there was Nespresso coffee but no small milk pots. So just small things that could’ve made the stay a little better!

Lovely rooms and very good value for money. Otherwise all else was good. Location was 10 min walk from port of Addams so it was great! Lots of restaraunts near by

The road it is on is basically a construction site with lots of dirt and construction material which was unpleasant when getting in & out of the hotel. On the first day our AC wasn’t working and when we told the management they said they will try & fix it and to reach out if it doesn’t work. They stopped replying and it wasn’t fixed so we had a very unpleasant first night. The next day they fixed this.

Location is good. View from balcony is good

The towel always had a really bad smell. Smell like feet. Why cannot they wash them clean. Also, there is no elevator and no staff help you carry suitcase.
