A little noisy and no parking

The possibility of a pool, the location and the interior design.

The pool was not as private as I hoped for. There were also a lot of flies in the bathroom and toilet area that wouldn’t go.

Our stay was a bit of a mixed experience. On the positive side, the room was spacious and well-decorated, and the location was convenient, being close to Adamas port.

However, we felt it was quite expensive for what it offered. There was no breakfast included, no welcoming or daily waters provided, and in the morning, the entering light made it hard to sleep since there was no way to block it out. The pillows were also uncomfortable, which affected our rest. Additionally, there were no parking spaces available, which made it a bit inconvenient.

Low lighting in parts of the room and not good enough for shaving and putting on makeup.

Spacious and clean studio! Very moden amenities.

The private pool area requires an additional level of privacy. There's no need to watch the road when swimming...

I was super hesitant coming into this accommodation because of previous reviews. This room exceeded our expectations. The room was beautiful, modern and clean. Housekeeping was great. Our backyard and hot tub was lovely. The AC was perfection. The bed was super comfy. Location of the accommodation was very close to the city centre - although we rented an ATV and we used that to travel the island. The reception was great they booked our boat tour for us and gave us recommendations. The reception also booked our taxi for the airport and everything went super smoothly!

Location was good, and the modern design of the building was good.

Check in poor. The hosts make you walk with your heavy bags from the ferry drop off point to their "office" quite far away. Apartments are located adjacent to a derelict site/construction site. Creates a lot of dust - which finds its way into the apartments. Cleaner only works between 10 and midday and if she misses your slot because you are sleeping in, she doesn't clean the room that day. The Aircon needs to be looked at, it didn’t really work well throughout our stay which made it a bit too hot in the rooms. The temperature never really went below 27 or 28 degrees in the rooms - which is uncomfortable. Rooms lacked adequate storage space - no wardrobe, and not enough space to comfortably live out of a suitcase for 4 or 5 nights.
