location, location, location. It is accross the road from the Moullie Point beach with the smell of the sea air in your nostrils the moment you arrive. A well kept building and grounds with excellent security and the apartment was really beautifully decorated and renovated. Sitting on the couch looking at the sunset with a complimentary drink in hand. The hosts thought of every little thing. Milk in the fridge, coffee for the machine. Well equipped kitchen.

I wish it had aircon!

Location was great. Decent walking distance to V&A Waterfront. Little cafes are along the waterfront in the other direction too.
