Die zentrale Lage der Unterkunft mitten in Kinsale. Da sich die Unterkunft in einer Seitenstraße der Mainstr. Befindet, war es trotzdem sehr ruhig.

Die Zimmer hätten etwas größer ausfallen können, aber es war okay. Leider gibt es nur eine schmale Treppe ins Og.

The best thing about 3C Haydon lane is it's central position in Kinsale town.

I didn't like how the flat was not as clean as I would expect. Drawers inside were dirty with the remains of a cake wrapper. Freezer wasn't cleaned nor the tin tray inside the over. The skirting boards were very dusty. The kitchen door was missing which didn't help with heating the room. The lamp in the living room was dangerously left with exposed wires. And the most frightening was the single bedroom door catch did not open from the inside causing my sister to panic. I had to let her out of the bedroom. And there was no hot water. There was a shower that ran out but no hot water in the bathroom and kitchen.

Location location location , functional and comfortable but no attention to detail in relation to decor or being pristine.

Shabby painting and kitchen utensils poor. Needs a deep clean probably every six weeks. Looks like it hasn’t been done for a long time

Fantastic location ! Fortunately, we have no one with mobility problems. We were also lucky to be able to get a free parking spot in the Town Car Park a few times over the weekend.

The door to the small bedroom was very difficult to open. In the kitchen, there was only a very minimal amount of utensils (crockery, cutlery).

Excellent location right in the heart of the village, just steps away from some great pubs and restaurants. While there is no on-site parking, there is a public car park by the library very close by. It was free to use during my stay. For a central village spot, this was perfectly acceptable. 10/10 for location!

The property appeared much better in the photos than it did in person. I believe the space would benefit from some refurbishment and a deep clean. Specifically, the hand towel provided was in very poor condition—it appeared extremely old and was full of holes. This left me with the impression that there is a lack of care for the general maintenance and cleanliness of the property. While the stay wasn't horrible, the overall standard was lower than expected.

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Kinsale. Modern clean and ideally located for a weekend break. Will definitely be booking again.
