Endroit très sympathique agréable propre le personnel est super accueillant Meryem est très souriante et très serviable est disponible très important pour nous les voyageurs. L'emplacement est près de toute commodité je recommande vivement cet endroit

The location was great, very close to the main areas. The host was available to help us when we needed it. They organised our airport transfer which was very helpful. The rooftop was very nice and our room was spacious.

The bathroom was very smelly and the shower did not drain. The floors were quite dirty. When we arrived, the host said that she had upgraded our room and then asked us to cancel our booking, which made us feel a bit uneasy. However, after having to explain why it made us nervous to cancel our booking, we accepted the upgrade without cancelling our booking and were able to still pay the original price. It was also quite noisy at night but that is to be expected given the location.

La terraza y el desayuno son aceptables.

Durante nuestra estancia, éramos dos parejas y reservamos dos habitaciones. La de la planta baja era muy oscura, sin ventana al exterior, con un baño compartido pequeño y poco cómodo, sin gel ni champú (solo una pastilla de jabón muy dura). Además, la puerta de la habitación no se cerraba correctamente y la climatización (calefacción) no funcionaba, a pesar de haberlo comunicado por WhatsApp. La habitación de la planta superior también presentaba varios problemas: fuertes y desagradables olores en el baño, ausencia de productos de higiene, aire acondicionado igualmente inoperativo y un inodoro no fijado. El estado general del riad es bastante deficiente, con paredes y pintura muy deterioradas por la humedad, especialmente en la entrada y el salón. El servicio es muy limitado: la persona encargada solo está presente a la llegada y durante el desayuno; durante la estancia no se realiza la limpieza, no se hacen las camas ni se cambian las toallas. También hay que tener mucho cuidado con las escaleras, que son estrechas, empinadas y con poca iluminación, especialmente al bajar. Además, el día de salida tuvimos que pagar 10 € para poder dejar las maletas hasta las 18:00. No entendemos cómo este riad puede tener tantas opiniones positivas; las fotos no reflejan en absoluto la realidad.

We had a wonderful stay, under the care of our host Meryem, who showed rare kindness and hospitality throughout our stay. Breakfast was generous and served either in the patio or on the terrace depending on the weather. I assume there may have been a change in management given the contrast between our experience and that of other guests. Not only is it an excellent value for money, but we highly recommend staying there, especially for its location and the kindness of Meryem. Thank you for this wonderful stay.

Location is dead center in the medina of Fes, this can be good and bad. Easily accessible to restaurants, and markets. Things were clean, and the host took great great care of us.

Wifi didn't work, can be loud because of the Medina, some strange smells from the bathroom. Good, solid spot.
