Excelente ubicación, su terraza y los desayunos que nos preparaban

La ducha muy anticuada

Super accueil à Fez, bien placé près de Bab Boujloud. Meryem était très accommodate, et l'établissement était beau (jolie architecture traditionnelle et belle vue depuis la terrasse).

The riad was central in the Medina, ideal for exploring. Nicely decorated, clean, felt traditional and the roof terrace was a bonus :-) My room was comfortable and warm with the extra blankets available. The bathroom was good with hot water and towels, though there was a whiffy drain. These buildings are old and these things happen and they pass! It is part of the historic charm ;-) Breakfast was included, was tasty and well presented, eggs cooked in a tagine was my first and I really enjoyed that, merci beaucoup! What I really liked was being immersed in the community here, I could hear families, workers and school journeys and it was also Ramadam :-) The host Meryem was super helpful with everything. I had to come a day later, she amended my booking without charge, met me to guide me to the riad and organised taxis to and from train/coach stations. My departure day it was no problem for early breakfast. I also smashed my phone and she helped get that fixed so I was charged a fair price and the screen was replaced quickly. I am grateful to Meryem.

This is not a reflection on the property but as a solo female traveller I found Fes to be quite hard going with men not taking 'no thank yous' easily. In the sense of persistently wanting to be your 'guide' for an inflated charge, taking it upon themselves to walk with you when you decline, and trying to sell you this or that. When I needed to be firm they didn't like it and I didn't like that confrontation. However, this was mainly in the older part of the Medina and I kept away at night.

the location ! the service the stay was excellent. I have been amazing night. The bed is new and comfortable. I highly recommend it, plus everything was clean

La ubicación es inmejorable cerca de batha (zona de taxis) y en plena medina. La anfitriona es un encanto y atiende rápidamente cualquier petición que le hagas junto a un desayuno riquísimo y contundente. La cama y la almohada de 10.

Nada destacable

Il nostro soggiorno è stato bellissimo! Abbiamo dormito 3 notti per il compleanno della mia compagna. La posizione è proprio comoda in centro la Medina, e si può raggiungere tutto molto facilmente a piedi. L’aeroporto dista circa 40 min e il taxi chiede circa 15€. Meryeme, la prioritaria è stata gentilissima, ci ha preparato ogni mattina una colazione deliziosa, abbondante e tipica! E ci ha aiutati nell’ orientamento e nel organizzazione. Ha anche lasciato un piccolo pensierino per il compleanno della mia compagna 😍😍 la camera è piccola e ha il bagno privato. Sopra c’è una terrazza con una vista su Fez suggestiva!

Nella camera c’era un odore un po spiacevole, ma forse è normale.. peccato che non si poteva usare la cucina !
