Urbanicooh Asinelli - Balcony on Piazza Maggiore

Large amounts of mould evident on the walls of the bedroom. Active spores could have been inhaled causing health concerns. Raised the issue with the host and got no reply. We were entitled to some form of compensation after presenting our concerns in an email and got no reply. Very disappointing and unacceptable.

This place is amazing. Amazing location and view from every single window. You even have a view from your bathtub. Modern and very clean. Will definitely book again when returning to Bologna and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation.

Absolutely nothing.

The apartment's location was fantastic. Right in the middle of Bologna. The view from our apartment was really great and we had everything just around the corner. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and tidy. Simply put: a great place to stay! If we go back to Bologna, this is going to be our first address. Ricky was also very helpful and waited for our late arrival.

The only thing was the AC which was humming and always blowing a little. But I found a way to switch it off, so it was all good.

the parking was very difficult

The location in the heart of old town was brilliant. The host met us on time and we followed his excellent directions without any issues.

Location is Perfect. Apartment is spacious, clean and modern.

location and view could not have been better. Some useful stuff like Nespresso mc and toiletries.

Long steep stairs before reaching a lift. No toaster, no aircon, no microwave and an iron shared with several other apartments. Broken shower and toilet seat took days to repair. Missing shelves in bedroom and bathroom 2 not repaired. No warning that the apartment is in a no traffic zone on weekends therefore transport pick up and drop off are impossible. No instructions for appliances.

The location was really at the city center. The view was looking directly to Piazza Maggiore which is the main city center. The view from windows were amazing.

1. The pictures were much more spacious and in real life the house is not that big. 2. The second bathrooms toilet stall was broken + the shower drain was stuck 3. Because of the location its loud at night. 4. The second bedroom was too small to even walk in it. 5. Some kitchen utensils ( the mochka pot for coffee) had mold in it so… 6. Lastly even though the information states that the checkout time is until noon, we had an unfortunate experience and were RUSHED OUT of the apartment at 10 AM in the morning. the excuse was that there was a new client going to come at 10.30 and the cleaners must clean. To be frank that isn’t very believable.

Fantastic two bedroom apartment right in the middle of the action. You exit the front door and you have restaurants and shops galore. Ricardo who was there to great us and hand the keys over was super helpful. One bedroom overlooks the Piazza Maggiore and the other looks over the large church at the back. We absolutely loved the apartment but if you're sensitive to noise and want somewhere quiet, you might want to look for something away from Piazza Maggiore.

A couple of small folding chairs on the narrow balcony would have been great but I'm not sure if that is allowed due to the historic nature of the building.
