Delightful Ely house Bright and warm with cathedral view

The property is airy, light, spacious, and peaceful. There's a handy Co-op 5 minutes walk away. 2 great TVs - upstairs and downstairs. It was hot outside but fans and open windows/ doors meant we kept cool. Hosts lived nearby should we have questions.

The property has blinds at every window but it does get light very early in the summer.

We loved the wonderful vegetables garden and lawns that surrounds this great place to stay. Easy to walk everywhere. Spent a couple of hours going back in time exploring the wares at the Waterside Antiques. The river with canal boats is a lovely sight.

Self-catering. Everything we needed was provided and the place was pleasant and comfortable.

One word.!! Fantastic!!

Quiet setting in the owners magnificent garden. Very convenient for Ely I was attending a stained glass workshop. Spacious and so light and airy. Kitchen well stocked we didn’t use the kitchenette.! Delighted there was a smaller cafetière.! Easy to use hob and oven we enjoy both eating out recommend the Urban Feast and eating in.

We needed a bit more light for reading another standard lamp would be useful for reading in the evenings but we are elderly.

Large spacious accommodation, quiet, great location for Ely and lovely view of the cathedral.
