Konumu güzel olsa da otelden hiç memnun kalmadık. Kahvaltı çok yetersizdi ve odalar oldukça eskiydi. Kapı altlarından odaya böcek, sinek hatta kertenkele giriyordu. Çalışanlar da çok güler yüzlü ve ilgili değildi. Plajdaki şezlonglar ve şemsiyeler eski, paslı ve kirliydi; düzenli temizlenmiyordu. Ayrıca sahildeki satıcılar ve masaj yapan kişiler sürekli rahatsız ediyor, hatta uyurken bile dokunarak uyandırıyorlardı. Bu konuda otelin misafirlerini korumak için müdahale etmesi gerekiyor.

Super emplacement. Sur la plage et proche de l’animation sans aucun bruit.

Pas de possibilité de prendre un cocktail le soir.

Everything. Couldn't fault anything.

I had to check out. 100% I shall stay with Hive again.

Beech could of been cleaned daily to rear of property facing beach it was a shame that there was bottle tops discarded and ther plastics

We stayed in a Bungalow which was lovely. The pool area is on the beach with plenty of sun loungers. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was nice and the food from the menu is also really good and reasonably priced. Walking distance from plenty of bars and restaurants. The hotel arranged an early taxi (6am) to the airport which arrived on time with no issues. Plenty of complimentary water provided daily.

The aircon unit is loud. If you are a light sleeper than earplugs are recommended as it's noisy in the mornings from the wildlife and groundsman sweeping the leaves - which of course cannot be helped. When we arrived the water in the fridge had frozen and the bottle had smashed under the pressure. My partner borrowed a broom and we cleaned this ourselves. Not an issue but was worried about the glass smashing again and so we decanted water into plastic bottles to keep in the fridge to avoid it happening again

Was here with my 6yr old daughter and we totally loved it!! Super friendly hotel team, very clean and spacious rooms (we did not see a single cockroach!!), perfect pool with beach/sea view, very good restaurant and good breakfast, very good Lamai location with many restaurants, beach bars, walking street only few minutes away. We will definitely come back one day.

From a security point of view, the few gaps between the concrete blocks besides the pool should be closed

Location, quite, easy walk to Main Street, plenty of room in villa and gardens and pool

Limited menu for dinner, had dinner there a couple of times and both times we ordered and then were told we had to pick something else as what we wanted was not available. 1 x staff (male with glasses) on breakfast was rude and seemed to want to be anywhere else but there every day.
