Such a nice place! Apartment was clean and comfortable. Just 2 blocks of main street. Close to restaurant and stores. Beautiful pool. On AC in living room, one AC in bedroom.

Bathroom could be a little bigger. It could be some furniture on the balcony.

Just a short walk from the main road and a huge supermarket. The hotel is not completely finished, yet we were able to use the two pools and the gym, which are all top notch. We enjoyed the views on the pool from our balcony. The furniture is new and of good quality, internet is super fast.

Excellent stay, close to main street and supermarket. Emmanuel was extremely helpful arranging dinner, beach club bookings and taxis for us. Thank you Emmanuel for all your help :)

Dogs across the street very loud barking early in the morning.

I loved my room, it was very well furnished and super comfortable. I had a great view of the courtyard. Both pools were really nice. The location is close to the downtown strip with lots of food, shopping and a Seven Eleven. Close to Super Aki where you can get groceries for your kitchenette and is also where a lot the tours meet. I felt very at home.

The parking was super tight and they padlock it at night, but you can just park on the street. My ceiling fan kept turning on randomly. There’s no bar or restaurant in the building even though they have the facilities for it like tables and seating and a poolside cabana. Maybe it’s coming in the future. The pool in the courtyard was kinda chilly. But the one in the rooftop was much better.

It had a laundry, and it was well located. They also had a nice pool and a concierge which helped us a lot called Kaitlyn.

They moved us to a small room because our room was not ready for use - they are still under construction. But they compensate giving us free breakfast very close to the hotel. It helped.

The property is still new and construction is still on going but despite of that the place is quiet and clean.

The path going down to the basement for the parking area is so narrow, prone for the cars to get scratched. You need to have a small car in order to fit in to that space if not you must be a well experienced driver to manage an SUV type of car to pass through the path. A lot of parking spaces in the basement and it’s safe but it’s a struggle to get the car in.

I liked the staff trying to accommodate and everyone being pretty friendly plus it was a new property and was easy to get around .

I didn’t like that we had an ant issue that really wasn’t resolved besides bug spray . I get it’s TULUM but shouldn’t be experiencing multiple ants in a room to where we don’t feel comfortable
