Top Floor Penthouse at the Historic Levy Building

The apartment was very clean and well maintained!

3 nite stay with friends. Absolutely loved this Beautiful unit with all the comforts of home. great kitchen, extra roomy bedrooms with comfy beds, fully stocked spacious bathrooms. Easy parking. Walked to great restaurants, Louisville Slugger museum, Frazier Museum, Whiskey Row (but we did discover hiddens gems on Whiskey Alley) Host were quickly responsive to any and all questions we had. I would not only return but recommend this property to my friends and family without hesitation.

Very large, roomy. Comfortable beds and furniture. Great location.

Street noise was a bit loud.

Everything easy to find parking was great very very clean beautiful inside all beds very comfy kitchen had everything you needed bathroom showers were amazing our 18 yr old Granddaughter was ready to move in lol

We stayed during the hottest week of 2025 (so far.) The penthouse is very, very comfortable, but the master is furthest from the AC and thermostat. As a result, with the exposed brick as beautiful as it is, doesn't keep the master as cool as the rest of the place. I like to sleep cold, so I didn't sleep as well. However, I really don't want that to be a negative on the place because it really is very awesome.

This is the nicest rental we’ve ever stayed at. Luxurious and well appointed …it had everything we needed. The beds and the rest of the furniture was very comfortable. The location, a block off Main Street worked well for restaurants and MANY distilleries. Parking a block and one half away was convenient with simple in and out access.

The Penthouse was as good or better than presented online. Very comfortable and “classy”, with plenty of space to relax. The location is perfect for work and tourist activity. We highly recommend the rental and the hosts are above and beyond responsive. Five Star Property IMO.

Everything was great . We were there during a tornado warning. Instructions to get local weather might be nice.

The property was clean well located easy to drive to. It was a pleasure working with the Hosts. They had everything we could have asked for. It was quiet and comfortable.

We had five family members and none of us could think of anything that was wrong with the experience. I was concerned about the parking based on past reviews, but the parking garage was so close and so convenient and safe.

Beautiful, spacious, and clean with lots of comfy and thoughtful furnishings and fixtures. Great downtown location in a cool, historic building. Kitchen and baths were well-stocked. Nice towels, sheets, & pillows and plenty of them. Loved all the tv's in the bedrooms and having a laundry room with washer and dryer is huge plus. Scott was an amazing host. Kind and attentive, he went out of his way to accommodate our family's stay and was communicative throughout. We really appreciated the thoughtful addition of the Christmas tree and holiday decorations. It added to our very special holiday stay here! Thank you!

The 3rd bedroom is smaller than it appears in the photos. Getting the heat and a/c distribution even throughout the apartment is challenging. A few more pots/pans would be lovely for cooking large meals, but certainly just a bonus add.
