"Great location, so clean, felt like a luxury hotel."

We loved the location. It was in the heart of downtown. The apartment was lovely. So comfortable and pretty. Our favorite part was the rooftop. We had great weather and were able to enjoy time outside on the roof. Relaxing and so cool.

Parking was a bit confusing but Scott helped us out and it was fine.

Great accommodations and we really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, secure, and aesthetically it was a beautiful condo and we would highly recommend it.

It was pricey but I guess you get what you pay for and I'd pick this property over any hotel. If there were any downsides to it all, I have two recommendations. First, parking was further away than I would have liked especially since there was a parking garage that was empty right next door. Second, the master bath shower is absolutely dangerous! The tile on the floor of the shower is so slippery when wet and if you have soap, which of course you're going to, it becomes downright dangerous. This needs to be addressed before there is an accident. We've used Miracle Method to take care of this exact problem in both of our showers. They have a non-slip sanded finish that is clear and it will take care of the issue. Not sure if they operate in the Louisville area but it would benefit you to look into. Otherwise, great property, great service and really loved our stay!
