Stunning apartment building, walking distance to Ealing Broadway tube!

New and clean

We found it incredibly dirty: dust, hair everywhere, dirty bathroom, toilet (extremely gross) and kitchen appliances and when we communicated that on Friday, they said they would send someone on Monday. This is not acceptable. It is a ridiculous way to manage a rental.

It was not cleaned at all

Airy, spacious apartment in brilliant location in quiet part of Ealing, convenient access to public transport and roads.

It was not very clean, allergies went crazy so had to bring in own vacuum which filled several times with dust! Appliances - toaster, microwave - were dirty. Should have been better. Bathrooms were just ok in terms of design. Can barely access the small sinks (as other reviews have also stated).

This was a fantastic apartment for our stay in London. Much bigger than expected, very well equipped with washing machine, excellent kitchen appliances, and plenty of storage space. It was situated on a lovely residential street, a very pleasant walk to the tube station and local shops.

A few more towel rails or hooks in the bathroom could be nice, but that's nit-picking. Given the warm weather we had doors and windows open in the evenings and occasionally a neighbour would begin smoking so we had to close things up for a bit to not have the smoke coming in our window.

Hot water did not work to main bathroom, staff did not respond when this was raised.

Spacious and clean. Close to tube staton. Decent surrounding. Comprehensive cooking facilities. Staff are helpful.

Facilities inside bathroom need improvement such as adding hooks and platform for putting towels and cosmetics, etc. The mirror cabinet is too big and it blocks the washing basin. Suggest to provide a bedside cabinet and some chairs.

The key cabinet didn't work properly and we had to wait for 45 minutes for someone to come and open it. The apartment could have been cleaned to a higher standard and better equipt with basics like salt, pepper oil etc.

Location was great. Beautiful apartment, very spacious!

Lovely flat and great to come back to after a long day in London. Had everything we needed. Communicated a few needs that were taken care of right away. Appreciated that.

Confusion about communication. I was not aware that the management would be communicating via " Whats App" so did not get the final check in instructions. However, after one call was all figured out.
