Stunning apartment building, walking distance to Ealing Broadway tube!

Location, standard of the apartment and ease of use

Arrival and departure details, including parking and drop off of keys could have been better communicated. But, overall really good experience.

Great location - close to tube. Quiet comfortable property. Would definitely stay again if looking for base for trips into London.

Very limited cooking facilities (not a massive issue for us, but has we wanted to cook, it would have been challenging). Moving one bed so child was up against a wall unearthed several dead spiders and a dirty sock. The bathroom sinks are an abomination.

Location very good , safe, quiet, clean,transport convenient.

The rooms were large, it was comfortable and clean and they are stylishly decorated.

No hooks in the bathroom for towels, the set back sinks were difficult (especially when brushing your teeth!), needs more mirrors (a full length in the bedrooms would have been great), some rooms had bedside lamps and some didn’t, empty frames on the walls or with the plastic cover still on them. We all said it was great but you can tell no one had lived in there as these things that make life easier were missing

The location

The flat is described as luxury. It is not. Missing handles off wardrobes - broken bed frame - No hairdryer - No iron - dirty shower head - no fire safety advice - no welcome pack - no information about the local area - dirty walls - chipped doors.
