I was extremely pleased with this booking. Communication was seamless, the facilities were excellent, and the room was exceptionally clean. The setup was perfect for attending a conference, offering both a comfortable workspace and convenient parking without any concerns about extra charges or limited availability. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the shower was spacious, and the room was warm and cosy. Additionally, the thoughtful provision of refreshments was a lovely touch, especially as I had a busy schedule during my stay. The experience was not only comfortable and stress-free but also excellent value for money, which made it even more impressive.

This is a very minor point (and likely to affect only a small number of people), but I found the bed a little low for my comfort, particularly as I have bad knees, which made it slightly difficult to get up in the morning. That said, the mattress was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well overall.

John was so helpful to me and very, very welcoming. I had tons of snacks in my bedroom, which I didn't expect, and it was so cosy and comfortable. I slept exceptionally well in my bed, which is unusual for me when I'm away. Huge thank you, John!

I wish I'd bought my slippers because the floor was cold, but other than that, everything was perfect.

John, is a great host. The room is clean and well equipped. Really liked having fridge, microwave and stock of food. The bed is comfy and the location fairly quiet.
