Nice location. Beach was private and accesible

Apartment was dirty. Upon arrival we had to pay an extra early check in fee n charged R500. When we arrived at the place, we could not access it as there was no key, they were replacing a geyser and left us stranded outside since 9am till 2pm.. We had no wifi for 24hrs since arrival. When they sent a technician, theu ordered us to pay the call out fee for wifi we had no access too. The apartment was very dirty including the curtains, couches and dust om the furniture. The balcony was not cleaned and had monkey poop on it. Communication fr.he emtore staff waa extremely poor amd lacked team work. Joleen was extremely rude and lacked empathy for any inconvenience caused. I had to fight for a refund for the early check in hich initially they hesitates giving back. Nice location but worst experience ever!!

Horrible! Terribly maintained! There was cockroach’s, mold and dust! Truly a terribly place to book!

The views were great. The lounge sofa was comfortable.

Out of date folder, delayed confirmation of how to access the keys. Wifi didn't work even after requesting correct password. No inventory list - missing dinner plates, bowls. No plugs for the "new" aircons and fans in bedrooms. No where to hang wet towels or dry towels. "Dressing table " in main bedroom needs a varnish as it's not clean. Same goes for the "coffee table/s" in the lounge. Email requests for early check in ignored. When completing online check in required to pay additional R500 for early check in yet nothing ever confirmed. Not a great experience.

The views are incredible. We could see the ocean and ships at night while lying in bed. The team communicated well and very professional. My kids spent hours in the pool.

We were greeted by an army of cockroaches. Had it not been late at night we would have checked out. Completely infested.The couch is filthy absolutely disgusting. The main bedroom mattress has springs sticking out and needs to be replaced. Some rather aggressive monkeys who came into the flat and ran off with snacks while we were sitting there . Completely not afraid of humans.

There was a lot of cockroaches in the whole flat. Was unbearable. Left three nights earlier.

The view was decent.

Place was cockroach infested, was highly unhygienic and unsanitary. Wi-Fi did not work. Hosts were unhelpful and were not accommodating whatsoever.
