Beautiful venue, excellent views, close to beach and all amneties, the resort is very delightful for families.

Good day I did inform the booking party that I just got back from China, when I Left Yantai, it was minus 5 degrees, I got to durban at 30 degrees and could not wait to get to the apartment, I got to the apartment to find the Aircon downstairs not working, there are fans but all that they do is circulate the hot air, I did call and advise your team and was told the maintenance team will come in the morning and fix it, noone came to the apartment to fix the aircon, we had to suffer in the heat, When we went upstairs, the bedroom with the 2 single beds had terrible beds, you cannot sleep on them as the mattress sinks and you feel that hard wood, it is the most uncomfortable sleep ever, the fridge makes a loud noise all the time, the stove tops are all rusted, the shower door does not close and we have to mop up after showers, the place is infested with cockroaches and the gate is rusted and does not lock and that makes us uneasy when we sleep at night or go down to the beach, there is no visible security at the resort. it is a beautiful resort but this apartment was severely not taken care of, I feel that money that I paid for this trip was in vain, I need some serious feedback regarding this,

The area the unit itself was great aswell as the complex pool was nice and clean and easy access to the beach.

The aircon was not working and this after i confirmed with them that it was working before the checked in. And they told me it was working meaning they lied this was really inconvenient as it was Really hot in the apartment there was 2 fans but really didnt help alot. This made us not wanting to be at the unit. I complained after we checked in and nothing was done to fixed it just a SORRY.

Location is the best, sea view.

The kitchen was full of 🪳 🪳 cockroaches , the aircon didn't work during our stay.. we informed the host nothing was done.

The unit was neat n tidy. The views were awesome n easily accessible to the beach.

There were small cockcroachs, the wifi was very poor. all the rooms did not have aircons n the aircons in the lounge area did not function properly.

The views from the apartment was stunning, easy access to the beach for a swim and walk.

The verandah was so dirty, with two plastic chairs and 4 people staying. Not enough seating. The beds were very uncomfortable. The unit definitely needs an upgrade as it is very basic. The fridge had insects inside which was very unpleasant. Not enough towels for 4 people for 4 nights stay, I felt you could have dropped some clean towels after two days.

Lovely light and bright flat which have beautiful sea views. We were able to see whales out at sea. The flat was clean and neat and in a quiet spot. All the basics were available. The gardens and pool are really very nice, ideal for a family with children. The parking was great, enough for visitors and undercover. Access to the beach is through a gate in the garden and across a quiet single lane road. It is very close to restaurants, coffee shops and a very nice mall -Salta. The check-in and out was simple and professionally done via an app. The hosts made contact and welcomed us via whatapp, which was appreciated. We were comfortable for the 3 days we were there thank you 😊
