Stunning Mallorca by the Sea

The location was nice, well equipped, nice and peaceful. A bonus to have a gas braai on the balcony.

Need a mop to wash floors. Mesh can be put on the security gate to be able to leave it open for fresh air and keep the monkeys out since you cannot leave the balcony doors open. The place and containers where the keys are to be collected are not very professional, plastic lunch box for keys, there is a lot of other holiday rentals keys are also kept in the same crate, so you have to scratch though all of them to get the correct keys.

Perfect location and great view. Close to the beach an quiet side of town.

It was not cleaned before our stay. Floors were dirty and tops were dusty. Found toe nail clippings under my side of the bed on the second night. Previous tenants chip crumbs were still in the couch creases and dirt was sweeped under the couch and into corners. Bedding was clean but no fitted sheets on 3 of the 4 beds so had to use the normal sheet as fitted sheets.

The view from the balcony is excellent. The unit is situated in a nice quiet area, right across the beach. Vey nice coffee shop walking distance from unit.

The unit needs to be updated with linen, cutlery, crockery, and a few other things. For example one of the dining table chairs is broken and placed on the balcony as well as the clothing dry rack.

Had a stunning view, the caretaker was very helpful and friendly. Would like to thank the lady who took me to fetch the key from the fuel station.

Owner to change the bed in the main bedroom and pillows. If I can make a suggestion to keep cleaning materials for those who would like to clean after themselves like we do, I am a firm believer "leave a place the way you received it".

The view and location was perfect. It's an easy walk down to the pool area and across to the beach. Place was neat and spacious.

Aircon in the lounge was not working. Staff could have been more responsive to attend to it. Unfortunately, there was a heavy down pour and the balcony area flooded causing water to overflow into the bottom section of the apartment.
