It was the best accommodation I have experienced in my last 6 months of travel in Asia. Shannon, his partner and the rest of the staff provider the best service I have ever experienced. They really took care of me and of the other guests. I felt like I was at home from the first moment I arrived. Incredible food experience with Sri Lankan traditional food at the breakfast and there is possible to order something special for breakfast if you wish or have need. clean and beautiful rooms. I liked it so much that the towels and bed linen smelled so good. The rooms are simple and beautifully designed with bright colors. Quiet and peaceful location. Close to local shops, coffee, restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the ocean. I have changed my plans and extended my stay at this amazing place Yes I can 100% recommend this place!

Very cosy and clean room, with comfortable bed, AC and a good shower. All rooms are located around a nice green courtyard and a little kitchen where breakfast and lunch is prepared. All people that work there are so lovely and kind. They also really care about the street animals and adopted some cute dogs and cats. The food is a real pleasure and one of the best I had in Sri Lanka so far, with vegetarian options that were just so yummy. THANK YOU so much for this lovely experience!

Really nothing

The most amazing stay in Sri Lanka. Rooms are clean, bright and modern with a neat design. Location is a bit further from city centre so you can enjoy calm and relaxing evenings , but close by are all the restaurants,shops and beaches you need. Breakfast is super good- fresh and filling. Hosts are the best people you will meet in Sri Lanka. They’re gonna be there for everything you need, at any time. (Even at night time getting my wife flowers, for Valentines day) Best stay in Sri Lanka by far. 10/10

for me everything was perfect. Nice, new & clean accommodation with very friendly and helpfull staff especially Krish. Very close to beach, bars (The Doctor's House), restaurants, café (swell) and also to supermarket. Delicous breakfast

From the very beginning, Krish made our stay so comfortable that we felt very comfortable. He is very warm and took great care of us. The location is very close to the beach, just a few meters down the road. You can rent sunbeds on the beach, so it's definitely not a disadvantage. It's very close to various great restaurants. The room itself is very large, bright, well furnished with a closet etc. and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was also large. The room and the entire complex are lovingly designed and well looked after. An absolute hit in terms of price/performance. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Room was lovely and comfortable with a nice en suite bathroom. Service and breakfast were excellent. Krish is a great host and it was in a nice quiet spot very close to the beach and restaurants.

No hot water, but to be honest you didn’t really need it as the shower was almost warm.

Extremely clean, lovely people working at the property, nice modern room! We were greeted with a coconut which was a very nice touch. Great location close to beaches. Had breakfast also which was delicious! Even got our Landry done which was ready in couple of hours.
