We stayed just one night. Beautiful place. Big room. Nice staff

We were very disappointed with our stay. The experience felt careless and unprofessional. The water was completely shut off on the morning of our departure (without any warning or communication). We couldn't shower, use the toilet or even brush our teeth before heading to an important meeting. Going there unwashed was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable for a paying guest. Futhermore, our water jug in de room was empty and not refilled. When we asked twice for a solution, he stood there awkwardly and didn't answer the request to help us. The lack of basic hospitality and communication was shocking. We expected far better and won’t be returning. Would not recommend.

struttura immersa nel verde, a due passi dal Cashewtree un ottimo locale aperto da colazione a cena, con una piscina a disposizione dei clienti. Le camere sono spaziose e ben pulite, i letti comodi!

Purtroppo, non c'era il tappo dello scarico della doccia (come spesso accade in Indonesia) , quindi si consiglia di tenere sempre la luce accesa in bagno, onde evitare spiacevoli visite da parte di insetti non proprio adorabili...

Locatie was ideaal! Dichtbij ontbijttentjes en het strand. Kamer netjes en water beschikbaar. We waren laat aangekomen door vertraging en er was iemand die ons ontving. Super fijn!
